Zuu Delivery

Three live apps. One ecosystem. Zero room for downtime.

Zuu connects Erbil's top restaurants with 50,000+ customers through three production Flutter apps — customer, courier, and business. I took ownership of all three: hunting down long-standing production bugs, untangling inconsistent API and data-parsing logic, and making the courier app reliable enough for drivers to depend on every shift.

I also ran the coordinated App Store and Play Store release cycles for the whole ecosystem — three apps, two stores, no broken updates.

Barbka

The warehouse always knows where its drivers are.

A warehouse-to-driver delivery platform with separate flows for drivers and staff: instant push-based job alerts, one-tap accept, and live GPS routing on OpenStreetMap. The hard part — background location that keeps reporting the driver's position even when the app is minimized or the network drops — is exactly the part that works.

Clean architecture with Provider and Riverpod keeps the roles cleanly separated as the system grows. One Flutter codebase, shipping to iOS, Android, and the web.

Case 03 · EdTech / crypto · remote, Switzerland

Dohrnii Academy

Learn-to-earn, shipped across six time zones.

A Swiss learn-to-earn platform where users study crypto and finance, pass quizzes, and earn rewards. Working fully remote with an international team, I built the lesson flows, quizzes, and progress tracking — then shipped to both the App Store and Google Play.

OneSignal notifications, Sentry crash monitoring, blockchain APIs, and pixel-level Figma implementation — owned end to end, async, across time zones. This is where I learned how serious remote teams ship.

Chess Puzz

A tactics trainer — designed, built, and shipped by one person.

Chess Puzz is my proof of full ownership: concept, design, puzzle curation, build, monetization, and App Store submission — the complete product lifecycle, handled solo. Handpicked tactics help players sharpen pattern recognition in a calm, distraction-free environment.

Every other project here was built for someone else's business. This one shows what I do with my own — and that I can carry a product from idea to the store without a team behind me.

Case 05 · POS / fuel · built end-to-end

Kakamand Gas Station System

A paper notebook, replaced by NFC and a receipt printer.

A fuel station that ran entirely on paper needed a system. I built the whole thing: a Sunmi POS app where staff tap a customer's NFC card, record the fuel transaction, and print the receipt on the spot — plus a Flutter Web dashboard for managers to handle employees, fuel limits, and reporting.

One codebase ships to Sunmi POS hardware, regular Android phones, and the browser. The notebook is gone.
